This research is to analyze a film Bombshell that explains three news anchorwomen's struggles in fighting against sexual harassment on Fox News. To analyze it, the writer uses a feminist approach related to the feminist issues reflected in the film and psychological approach. In feminist theories, applied theories of male domination, gender inequality, woman subordination, and women's movement. The writer uses the theory of inferiority feeling, ambition, and dark triad personality for the psychological theories. By applying the approaches and theories in the film, the writer concludes that women must have the courage to speak up in the news. If a woman is silent, a man will act as an arbitrary silencer and become even more humiliated. Besides, women and men must respect each other. Men must be able to protect women's dignity without imbalance. And women also have to maintain their ambition so as not to be harassed by men.
