RACISM, POSTCOLONIALISM AND WHITE PEOPLE’S TREATMENT IMPACTS TO BLACK PEOPLE IN JORDAN PEELE’S MOVIE, GET OUT.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze  types of racism,to find postcolonial aspects and to know the impacts of white people’s treatment to black people. In this research, the researcher used qualitative data collection methods and data analysis from different sources as the main of this research method.. Based on the result finding the result of the application of racism theory is used with individual racism, interpersonal racism and institutional racism, it shows first direct violence, and structural violence, and it has traumatic effects toward major character.
