Abstract

Since the pandemic, many Jakarta-based businesses have adopted a hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office labor. This phenomenon raises concerns about how it affects worker productivity, especially when it is connected to leadership style. The purpose of this research is to examine how employee productivity is affected by the hybrid work model and leadership style. The study's methodology combined a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling strategy. The respondents were Jakarta employees who had been employed for a minimum of three months under a mixed work structure. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed in SPSS after data was gathered via an online survey disseminated via social media. According to this study, employee productivity was positively influenced by the hybrid work model (3.6%), leadership style (4%), and both simultaneously (5.4%). However, characteristics not covered in the study still had a significant impact on employee productivity.
