Abstract

Becoming an independent institution and having a strong character in looking to the future to achieve the Vision and Mission is a top priority” Vision “Becoming a Vocational Education Institution of quality, competitive, with National and International standards” to support cyber pedagogy in the 21st century. The goal for which SMK graduates are designed to enter the relevant (mainly) world of work, then "vocational planning for vocational development must be based on the manpower planning approach, not the social demand planning approach" so that graduates are aligned with the needs of the world of work. Learning in the 21st century has 4 (four) main skill concepts, namely: Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity.

In 21st century learning, collaboration skills can be built through group-centered activities, such as using the Cooperative Learning model. Collaboration in 21st century learning emphasizes the ability to work effectively and at the same time have an attitude of respect for group members with diverse backgrounds in order to achieve common goals. Students need to be encouraged to have responsibility for their group, for all tasks or roles that have been determined together. The form of collaboration in 21st century learning can also be in the form of integration between subjects to discuss a particular topic in terms of several scientific fields.
