ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBELUM DAN DI MASA PANDEMI PADA BANK BNI KC ROA MALAKA

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the financial performance of BNI KC ROA MALAKA before and during the COVID-19 pandemic has been compared. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and analyze the comparison of financial performance before and during the pandemic at BNI KC ROA MALAKA, which can be observed through financial ratios such as Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Operating Expenses to Operating Income, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans. Quarterly financial report data from 2018 to 2021 is used for this study.

The results indicate that the financial performance of BNI KC ROA MALAKA is better than during the pandemic. The performance before the pandemic was better than during, with an average ROA of 1.02% compared to an average ROA of 0.45%. The ROE before the pandemic was also better than during the pandemic, with an average ROE of 6.93% compared to an average ROE of 3.48%. The BOPO before the pandemic was also not better than during the pandemic, with an average.
