Theheavy flow of the culinary industry is sure to cause problems one of which is food contamination.Not only is the taste, creativity, innovation all that needs to be seen, but food safety or food safetyis equally important to note. In addressing this, there is an international regulation for the food safety management system (FSMS). For the continued safety of convenience and security for people in the current culinary culture, certain requirements and requirements must be required byimplementing a regulation established by the relevant agencies.Food is a prepared product fromraw materials into an appetizing dish. Then observing its raw materials will affect the entire culinary ecosystem. Efforts to meet food safety standards can be considered for one thing about the storage and management of the materials.
