Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the duties and responsibilities of waiters and waitresses in implementing the steps of service at the Seafood Restaurant at Dcost Blok M Square Jakarta to the guests or customers. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, namely descriptive research, and tends to use analysis and collection techniques. data by observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that: it was necessary to make efforts to optimize service responsiveness, hygiene, innovation, and empathy, to increase consumers based on jobs, and to demonstrate the quality of service to consumers and customers, by following the step of service to be able to provide satisfaction for people who are enjoying a meal at the restaurant.
