Abstract

The railway system in Indonesia is increasingly advanced, this can be seen from the developments that continue to be carried out by PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero). With the increasing number of people using train services, it should be balanced with adequate facilities, improving the quality of good services so that people have more confidence and choose to use train transportation services. Transportation in Indonesia plays a very important role in people's lives. Along with developments over time, the process of transportation as a means of transportation has progressed. In this article, an analysis of the business process conditions of the KAI Access application is made to create a more appropriate design proposal for managing train passenger queues.
