RANCANGAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI “STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT” ELEKTRONIS (e-STATEMENT)

Statement of Account (SoA) is a document produced by a financial service provider (Bank) for its customers, containing details of mutations or financial transactions within a certain period. The SoA is generally printed in paper form, to be stored by the customer, for the customer's internal needs, or as a supporting document in audit activities and the like. In this research, requirement and feasibility analyzes were carried out in implementing an electronic version of the SoA information system. It was concluded that this system design is feasible to be implemented so that it is able to overcome the shortcomings that existed in the previous system, and provide convenience for the Bank and customers in providing statements of account.
